I’m an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes that healing begins when you embrace discomfort as part of growth and become an active participant in your own care. My goal is to help you feel grounded, stable, and at peace—not just by treating symptoms, but by understanding the story behind them.
My approach is shaped by both professional experience and personal resilience. From working in community mental health and the VA to navigating my own path as an immigrant, woman of color, and single mother, I’ve learned that strength grows through honesty and compassion. I use medication mindfully, pair it with mindfulness and lifestyle coaching, and focus on helping you build habits that support long-term stability. In every session, I meet you where you are, helping you take practical, steady steps toward a calmer and more balanced life.
