Services

I believe healing begins when we stop chasing perfection and start grounding ourselves in the present moment. My approach is collaborative, honest, and practical. It’s about helping you understand the “why” behind your symptoms, while working together on small, steady steps that lead to lasting change.

Conditions I Treat

I specialize in helping adults and young adults (ages 18–40s) who are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. Common concerns I treat include:

Anxiety and Panic Disorders

Helping you manage racing thoughts, restlessness, and the physical tension that comes with constant worry.

Depression

Supporting you through feelings of emptiness, loss of motivation, or hopelessness with compassion and clear structure.

ADHD

Building focus, structure, and systems that support success and calm, using thoughtful medication management and behavioral tools.

Adjustment Disorders and Life Transitions

Providing stability during major life changes—new parenthood, career shifts, cultural adaptation, or relationship transitions.

Trauma and PTSD

Offering a safe space to process painful experiences and rebuild trust in yourself and others.

Stress and Burnout

Guiding you toward balance, rest, and sustainable habits when life feels.

Treatment Modalities

Medication Management

I use medications as one tool among many—not as the whole solution. I avoid unnecessary polypharmacy and focus on helping you feel alive and functional, not numb. Together, we explore whether symptoms are situational or long-standing, then tailor a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness means learning to slow down, breathe, and stay present. I teach you to accept discomfort as part of growth, to pause before reacting, and to use deep breathing to recenter when anxiety rises. Discomfort often signals transformation, and embracing it can lead to peace and self-trust.

Lifestyle Coaching & Psychoeducation

Small changes matter. We’ll explore your sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, and daily structure. I offer education about how these habits impact mental health and help you develop routines that build energy and emotional stability. For ADHD clients, we focus on structure, to-do lists, and goal setting to create momentum.

Lab Testing

Sometimes the mind and body speak the same language. I use lab testing when appropriate to rule out medical issues—such as thyroid imbalance, vitamin deficiencies—that can mimic or worsen psychiatric symptoms. This helps us make informed choices about your treatment plan.

Solution-Focused Approach

I believe progress begins with what’s possible today. Whether your goal is to get out of bed, return to school, or reconnect with joy, we’ll start small and build on each success. My role is to guide and motivate you, helping you see your own potential clearly again.
